We'll help you do this through food logging and understanding/ paying attention to your hunger cues. This happens through intentional decision making. Letting go of tracking might be scary, but we are there every step of the way to guide you through it.

This allows you the true food freedom you've been looking for. Trusting yourself, knowing what your body needs, having confidence with cravings, enjoying foods without guilt. All while reaching your goals and fitting into your favorite pair of jeans that's been stored away for years. This all happens WITHOUT tracking, dieting, etc. We will teach you this strategy so you can never go on a diet (or gain the weight back) again! :)
